TABLE NAMES + GUESTS LIST KIT (tableau mariage)

Includes 16 Table Names and 16 Guests List cardboards arranged on A4 pre-cut cardboards plus composing & printing software (non provided with recharge kit).

PLACE CARDS KIT

In the kit - available as recharge only, without software - you fine place cards arranged on A4 pre-cut cardboard sheets to be printed with the software provided in the "Table Names + Guests List" full kit. The CreaKit for place cards is available upon request.

CARDBOARD FOR GUESTS LIST BOARD

Light cardboard 100 x 70 cm (39" x 27.5") to be used as background of the Guest Board (tableau mariage). You have to apply it to a rigid base (thick board or wood panel) to place it on the easel.

CREAKIT FOR TABLE NAMES + GUESTS LIST

CreaKits are packages of natural materials you may use to personalize the Table Names kit. Every package lets you decorate the choosen number of table names cardboards, multiple of 4 with a minimum of 12 (12, 16, 20...)

In this page you find all you need to make your own Tableau Mariage (Guests List Board).

The full kit includes pre-cut sheets to make 16 square cardboards for guests list to ble glued to the board and 16 table name cardboards to be placed on the tables. With the full kit we provide a composition and printing software (delivered electronically) specially made for our kits. If you need more cardboards, you may get the recharge kits, including cards but no software.

Spare Table Names Cards and Place Cards are available in the "spare articles" tab in this page.

If you wish you may decorate the base kits using our CreaKits: precious papers and fine ornaments cut to measure and ready to be applied to the base kits. Using the CreaKits you get the Boards you see in this page. The CreaKit price changes with model series (Blue, Green, Red). Every CreaKit for Tablea Mariage includes the material needed to decorate the Guests List and Table Names cards. CreaKit for Tableau packages are build-to-order after your request in function of the specified tables number, minumum 12, and multiple of 4 (eg. 12, 16, 20…)

Note: Our products are all handcrafted with natural materials. Therefore paper shade and natural materials layout changes from piece to piece. Batik prints have a completely random layout, such as coloured inserts of some model.

Buying the full kit, you'll receive, for free and electronically, the composing & printing software, designed to be used exclusively with genuine Grgrafica papers. This easy to use program is thought for who has little or no computer and desktop publishing experience.


Once started on the left side of the program window, you find the main function icons: character and print colour selection (all best printing fonts have been already selected and automatically used by the software).

In the middle of the screen you get the print preview, to check the results of your choices. The program allows the composition of the Guest List and Table Names cards and of the Place Cards.

The same program can be used to compose reception menus, sold in a separate kit

Computer requirements are: Windows 2000, XP or Vista operating system and a graphics card supporting 800 x 600 minimum resolution. 64bit operating sytems or windows emulators running on different operating systems are not supported.

For printing we suggest the use of ink-jet or wax printers. Some laser printers are not able to fix toner to thick boards or not perfectly plain paper (laid or hammered). Check also that your printer handles paper of at least 200g/m2 in weight.
